Cathy Portelli

Cathy is a Registered Nurse who completed her training in Melbourne. After completing her degree she specialised in Intensive Care Nursing before moving on to Cardio-Thoracic Nursing. She later moved interstate and took on the role of ANUM of a High Dependency Unit in the Private Hospital Sector and was responsible for the recruitment of new staff to the Unit. She has gained personal experience in relocating as she has lived and worked in both the U.S.A and in Singapore. She initially joined Plexus to assist in the medical team but showed such aptitude for recruitment, that she quickly rose to the position of manager of Nurse Recruitment and is the main driving force in the placement team.

Greta Wilson

Greta comes from a background of practice management within the radiology/oncology sphere. She has also worked for some of Australia’s leading medical publications so brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in these areas. She is thoroughly enjoying the recruitment chapter of her career and has excelled in this tricky professional sphere!

Joely Wilkinson-Hayes

Originally from the UK, Joely initially spent some time behind the scenes here at Plexus but is now firmly on the front line!! Joely was originally employed in an Administration Manager role but she has now moved into full time recruitment.  Joely is having great sucess in placing nurses around Australia and New Zealand and her friendly manner and speedy responses are gaining a reputation with both candidates and clients.
