Are you an experienced orthopaedic rehab ANUM or senior staff nurse who is itching to get your hands on your very own ward??? Well this purpose built 26 bedded ortho rehab ward may be exactly what you have been looking for. To be eligible you must have  at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience as well as some form of previous management role as you will need to be able to effectively manage teams and budgets, and your priority focus will be patient safety, quality improvement and supporting staff to provide excellent clinical care. There is, however, a strong focus on professional development to support and enhance your leadership skills and nursing knowledge.
