This brand new unit is seeking clinical leadership from an experienced registered nurse with a minimum of 5 years relevant clinical experience. The unit will be carrying out rapid assessment, diagnostics and management by a multidisciplinary team, enabling a length of stay (LOS) of no greater than 48 hours, and ensuring that the patient journey is well coordinated to progress the patient to the next phase of care. The ideals of the unit is to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient-centred care by dedicated teams to provide timely access to senior physicians and a multidisciplinary team for assessment and decision making.
To be eligible you must be able to demonstrated you are proficient in clinical assessment skills and possess sound judgment and problem solving abilities.
