You will be joining a 120-bed acute surgical and medical private hospital in this newly created position in the Recovery team a leadership position. Most common cases through the theatre suite include general surgery, orthopaedics, plastics, vascular, ENT, gynae, neurology and cardiac, so a mix of day and inpatient services. The hospital has recently had a significant period of expansion and refurbishment, ensuring you will be working in a modern and well equipped setting with a skilled and motivated team. Requirement's include:

This busy remote hospital in central Queensland is looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specailist to work in their Theatres. 

The Operating Theatre suite has 3 theatres including a dedicated Endoscopy Unit. There are elective lists from Monday to Friday which include most specialities including  general surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, ophthalmology, obstetrics and paediatrics. there is also an Emergency service 24 hours a day 7 days a week so some shift work is required.
