Our client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced nursing leader with an exceptional level of confidence and outstanding communication skills who has the ability to liaise with the wider Multidisciplinary team to lead the unit effectively into the future.

Essential Requirements include:
   
-    Extensive experience in SCN or NICU
-    Demonstrated ability to lead a nursing team
-    Australian or New Zealand Nursing Board Registration
-    Post Graduate qualification in Neonatal Intensive Care
-    Post Graduate degree (or working towards) in Health Administration/Management
